Returns and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened and tempered article will not be refunded or returned. Any dispute should be informed within 2 days of receiving the item accompanied with the unboxing video sent on our customer support mail id or contact number. This condition holds true for all the below mentioned four scenarios:

We assure you that all products sold on PerfumeDeck are of original quality and genuine ( Read Our Customers Review On Google ). In case a product received by you is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.

There may be these three common situation for cancellation/refund :

  1. Order has not been shipped yet : Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
  2. Order was damaged when received: We do our best with packaging to ensure that product reaches you in same condition as visible on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it. The opening video should be shared on our customer care number within first four days of receiving the item to be eligible for consideration of refund/replacement.
  3. Incorrect items received: We make sure to fulfil right order. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will  replace the wrong product received with the one you ordered, only after receiving the item back in original condition.
